All vehicle sales are final. Vehicles are sold as-is, unless otherwise stated.
We conduct a basic inspection to ensure the vehicle runs and is in reasonable condition before export.

All payments must be made by bank wire transfer only.
No cash, Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, or credit cards are accepted.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Export timelines depend on port schedules, shipping companies, customs procedures, and foreign regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:
-Delays caused by shipping companies
-Port congestion
-Foreign customs processes
-Damage occurring during overseas transport

1. Export Process

Once full payment is received, we:
1-Prepare vehicle documents
2-Transport the vehicle to the port
3-Book the shipping line
4-Provide the buyer with:
-Bill of Lading
-Title
-Export documents

2. Shipping Methods

-Ro-Ro (Roll-on/Roll-off)
-Container shipping (upon request)

3. Delivery Timeline

Typically 10–45 days, depending on destination.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

-Clearing the vehicle at the foreign port
-Paying customs fees, taxes, and port charges
-Arranging local transport after release

5. Liability

We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping companies or foreign customs authorities.

1. Accepted Payment Method

We ONLY accept bank wire transfers sent to our U.S. business bank account.
No other payment methods are accepted.

2. Payment Schedule

100% payment is required upfront before any auction purchase or export activity.
Shipping is booked only after payment has cleared.

3. Purchase Confirmation

Once payment is received, we will:
-Confirm your purchase
-Send photos/video
-Send all finalized documents
